<p>webpad is provided "AS IS" by the developer, Beau Lebens with absolutely
no warranty that it will work the way you expect it to work, or even at all.
It has been tested and developed to support certain configurations and settings,
however it is not guaranteed to work under any specific configuration in the
way you expect it to. Beau Lebens shall not be responsible for any incorrect
functioning of webpad or for any damage inflicted upon your server or other
machines during the process of installation, or through subsequent use. By using
this software you are acknowledging that you understand that providing a web-based
interface to editing files on your server has inherent security risks, from
which webpad is not necessarily immune. You agree that Beau Lebens shall not
be held liable for any such security issues or damage cause relating to, or
directly because of webpad.</p>

<p>You are granted the freedom to use webpad for a single user, for any personal
use. You may <strong>not</strong> use webpad for commercial uses, including,
but not limited to, maintaining or creating a commercial website, writing code
to be used in a commercial project or selling access to webpad. This version
of webpad is intended to provide a single user with the ability to edit a personal
website and associated files, and its use is restricted to that purpose.</p>
